Clark Industrial Services, formerly Local Industrial Contractors, is a maintenance and construction firm serving the Gulf Coast. CIS is divided into three basic divisions:  Maintenance, Small Capital and Projects.  We currently serve the following industries: Pulp & Paper; Petrochemicals and Food Manufacturing.
